“I like Ibis Style hotels and they’re always my first choice when I’m in France. This hotel is good. Clean and bright, in a good location with helpful staff. Excellent quality products for breakfast is a big plus for me. I only wish that Ibis Style hotels in the UK had such excellent breakfast options! I stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.”
“The hotel is a pretty standard IBIS Style place – it is not luxury but there is everything you need here for a basic stay. The room is comfortable with climate control, thick curtains, a standard bathroom and a nice bed. The breakfast was a buffet affair with a good selection of bread and croissants etc, yoghurt and cold meat and cheese. There is a free coffee machine available all day and also a small bar. There is plenty of parking available, but some carparks are cheaper than others so make sure you know the price before you park. The hotel is a minutes’ walk from the harbor which is beautiful to look at and surrounded by numerous restaurants. For a standard bar you should try Maddie’s, just around the corner (Happy Hour 19-21 every day!) The staff at this IBIS were fantastic, the person who checked us in worked quickly and efficiently. He was helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to chat with (in English, French, Spanish and Philippine.) Hon fleur is a beautiful town which is worth visiting for any reason but we used it as a base for a visit to the Normandy beaches and I would happily stay at this hotel again if we repeat the trip in the future.”
“The decor is interesting in a not-quite-sure-thats-a-positive kind of way but otherwise it's an Ibis so all as you'd expect (definitely a positive) in terms of comfort and value for money. Definitely recommend it. Honfleur is fabulous and the hotel couldn't be more central.”
“A clean hotel which is well located at the heart of the town, with all the advantages of that. Our room was absolutely fine and the breakfast was good too - but nothing special. Parking (paid) is available in front of the hotel but spaces are limited, so you need to be lucky or quick. And a big carpark is available across the road. Spent two nights here.”
